Here are response from Voidelf regarding some
of the questions and comments regarding his Neopets Chinese
Zodiac List:
Well, an Ixi definitely looks like a Billy
Goat. Its horns are conical like a goat's, not branchy like
those of a deer's antlers.
True, Gelert would be a good substitute
for Dog. But since the Gelert and the Lupe are both canine
in nature, I picked the Lupe (it looks like a Huskie which
I personally prefer amongst canine ... domestic yet with a
touch of wolf-like wild spirit).
Now based upon popular request, here is Voidelf's
personal picks for the Neo PetPets Chinese Zodiac List:
1. Psimouse (rat ... psychic powered!!!)
2. Hornsby (oxen .... well its the closest I could find)
3. Gruslen (tiger)
4. Snowbunny (rabbit)
5. Cyodrake (dragon)
6. Wadjet (cutest version ... so Gemelle won't go Eeeewww)
7. Whinny (horse ...read its description if not convinced)
8. Babaa/Zebie (sheep/goat)
9. Mirgle (monkey)
10. Peadackle (rooster ...hehe this chicken swims!)
11. Warf (dog)
12. Snorkle (pig)
Remember these are his own personal opinions.
If you are totally against this list, then create your own!!!
But Gemelle thinks these are pretty good choices ^_^

I have no problems with anyone copying the Chinese zodiac list from Gemele.com. Just make sure you give the credit to "Voidelf" who created the list. :)
