Oh I'm in such a terrible dilemna here. I just got notified by the Master Replica Society that they just came out with a new Anakin lightsaber, pictured on the left here. "Besides a polished metal hilt, this lightsaber also features a glowing electro-luminescent blade and authentic sound effects directly from the movie." So it not only is an exact replica, but it glows too!! And it has sounds too! And it's cheaper than the original Obi-Wan Lightsaber I wanted. 
I was considering buying an Obi-Wan Kenobi Lightsaber. But the more I think about spending $299.00 on it the less appealing it got for me. So when the Anakin lightsaber came it, it just caught my eyes. It's much cheaper and is around $129.00. Which I think is a lot more affordable than $299. But I don't know, should I or should I not get it?? ahhh!! I'm holding on to my credit cards, and not sure if I should get it. I'm so bad! *sobs* I think I'm suffering from "Influenza".

Thank goodness I was never into the Luke Skywalker lightsaber (see image on left). *whew* I really liked Luke's saber when I was little, but when I take a look at it now, it just isn't as appealing anymore. Awww, what should I do??!! I really don't have $100 just to throw away, but this is a once in a lifetime opportunity! The Anakin one supposedly GLOWS too!! How awesome would THAT be??!! A real life glowing lightsaber for me with sound too!! Ok, I sound like a shopaholic ... but but ... *sob* I mean I'm not that bad, or am I ?? Anyways I normally would have bought this lightsaber without hesitation, but I have lots of school expenses coming up and there's rumors at my company that there might be another paycut. Now if only I knew how the clinical trial results were at William's work, then I would know for sure if I had the money to pay this off. But at this moment, I really don't know. But it is so hard to fight this urge in NOT to own a real geniune lightsaber! *sigh* I still remember how I never go "My Little Ponys", "Cabbage Patch Kids", or even a "Popple" when I was little. Maybe I can make up for all of it by a lightsaber?? >:)

So I shouldn't go around striking others with my lightsaber?? Hmm .. well I guess that makes sense ... I wouldn't want to damage a $129 lightsaber.
