Well that just got me thinking. How long have I been blogging?? I know there was a period of time I didn't do much blogging, but really when did I actually start? So I did a little research and went back to my 1st blog at Blogger.com. I clicked on archives and behold, the oldest entry I had was September 7, 2001. And this was my very first entry :
"It's 11:37 PM on a Thursday night and I am trying to figure out how to do this blogger thing. I may or may not figure this whole thing out tonight. If I don't, I'm just gonna go to sleep and try to figure it out tomorrow. The weather is kinda cold tonight and I expect tomorrow morning to be kind of chilly too. Oh yes, I need to remind myself to water my plants tomorrow before they all die of thirst on me. [End]"
Wow, that was so long ago, and right before September 11th too. It is just so weird to look back how things have changed since I first started blogging.
Well anyways, here's my blogger code results : B3 d++ t+ k s- u-- f i o+ x- e- l+ c ... now I don't know what any of this means?? What do I do with my blogger code now??? I'm so confused. Ok nevermind, I figured it out. hehe. I decode the code here. This is just one of those days of discovery for me!
Another thing as I reading everyone's blogs, I noticed the quilting bee fever is going around. I didn't really know what it was all about when I first visited Tasha's blog, but after visiting Kathi's blog, it all fell into place. I think the Quilting Bee is a fantastic idea! I originally thought I had to create my own quilt and patch work! *gasp* Imagine Sunyee working with cloth?? Golly, I feel sorry for that piece of cloth already. But I learned that the Quilting Bee is an virtual quilt patch that everyone can share online! Well now this is up my alley! I can't do anything with a real cloth, but I certainly know how to make myself a virtual one! So I think I'll be jumping on the Quilting Bee bandwagon soon. But only after I finish reading everyone's blogs today.
