Neopets do nothing when I get scammed, or hacked, they DON'T CARE! Neopets is so mean, they keep cutting me off. I really NEED np and they do NOTHING. They should help ppl earn np, not just sit there and do nothing to innocent lil newbies. Plus, their newbie packs are too small, they should give us a baby p/b or somthing. we should all get together and protest about it.

That is like so SAD! I mean no offense to Neopets, but like every website on the web has popups to outer sites? And what the heck do they care if ne1 uses the freakin neopets images? Its most likely gonna be NEOPETS USERS (DUH!) who use em and they'll kno WHO made the pics!

Its probliy neopets can't make any money for themselfs (Limited too)with there pets and mechandise they dont want anyone else to make money off there "Beautiful"(not)drawings and stuff.besides no 1 ever reads the Terms of agreement ne way .they mostlikekliy just added that. GOOD luck Sunyee

Hi Sunyee! I'm so sorry to hear about all the NeoPets garbage. :( For a site that is supposed to be free and fun for children of all ages, they can get downright cranky from time to time, can't they??? The whole paypal thing is not any of their buisiness. There are such things as freedom of choice and freedom of speech. Neopets is a free site and as long as you arent making money off them, they shouldnt say anything. Its not as if you are selling somthing that they have copyrighted (and I dont see them going on ebay and threatening people who are auctioning off their plushies), and regardless they dont Own your site, you do. Also they have it listed in the terms and conditions that you can Use their images.

If they want to get so Nit Picky then make a page Without any kind of neopets reference on it what-so-ever and ask for donations for maintaining the site on there. The name Gemele itself is not owned by neopets (to my knowledge).

I think the only reasong they are targeting you is because you are making some money on your site. Like a Constable they will find every nit picky little law that you might possibly be violating and charge you with that. Course they advertise Sponsors ever five minutes on their site, but if anybody else even remotely tries to make even five cents a day they will try to can you.

Neopets is being plain unreasonable. "Do not offer for download any backgrounds or wallpaper containing Neopets images" - isn't that what they do themselves??? And if Sunyee wants to allow visitors to help her maintain her site through PayPal, Neopets doesn't have to get involved in it. They are getting too much.
