Chibi Chibi Myths and Rumors

Some people believe that Chibi Chibi is related to the Moon Family.  That assumption can be easily made since Chibi Chibi looks a lot like a combination of Serena and Rini.  But according to the anime version, Chibi Chibi is the Light of Hope from Galaxia's star seed that Galaxia has released before chaos took over her body and turned her into a villain. 

In the manga version, she is 'Sailor Cosmos' from the future.  Sailor Cosmos used the form of Sailor ChibiChibi to disguise herself to return to the past to alter the final outcome of the battle between Eternal Sailor Moon and Chaos.  Sailor Cosmos is rumored to be the ultimate form of Sailor Moon.
