This is the Flashback scene where Queen Serenity reveals everything to Sailor Moon and the other Sailor Scouts.

================  Present Time  ===============

Serena: What’s going on?  Where are we?  What is this place? It feels familiar, somehow.

Serenity: That’s because it's your home, Serena. It's what's left of the Moon Kingdom.

Serena: Uh?  What’s going on here?  How come you know my name?

Queen Serenity appears in a small yellow glow.

Serena: *gasp*  Are you for real?

Serenity: (as she floats down from the sky) Oh Serena, you haven't changed at all.  Still asking a million questions, just as curious as a kitten! But I'm not surprised you don't remember me. That's the way I arranged things. I'm your mother, Queen Serenity.

Serena: You, you mean we're actually back on the Moon? It's not some wongo dream or something?

Serenity: No Serena, this is not a dream.  This is definitely real.  And since you’ve all found your way here, it’s time you learned the truth.  I'll take you back to the final days of our kingdom.  

All the scouts are absorbed in a massive yellow light created by Queen Serenity and they are taken into the past.

================  Flashback  ===============

Serenity: I’m sure Luna told you about the Silver Millennium, when all the planets were peace.   The whole universe was a happy place.  And our Moon Kingdom was the happiest place of all.  There were fireworks and parties every night .... and dancing .... and laughing. 

Fireworks crackle in the sky. People are seen laughing and dancing. Then Princess Serena is shown standing on her balcony, as if waiting for someone.

Serenity: I raised you to follow in my footsteps and rule the Moon. But most of the time you spent staring at the Earth, for you had fallen in love with a young man from there.

Darien: Serena!

Serena: *gasp* Darien, oh finally you are here.

Darien: I have some bad news princess.

Serena: You cannot come to the ball?

Darien: If only it were that, Serena!

Serena: *gasps*

Darien:  Terrible things are happening on Earth. An evil power is taking over there.

Serena: *sigh* Then you must go.

Darien: Yes, but by the time I get back home, it may already be too late. This Queen Beryl appeared out of no where.  No one knows where she came from and her warriors are amazingly strong, maybe even unbeatable.

Palace Guards:  Stop him! He could be a spy!

Darien: *sees the guards* *gasp* Listen, I better go.

Serena: Darien!  Oh they must suspect everyone from Earth.

Palace Guards:  Hurry after him!

================  Present Time  ===============

Luna:  Is that light I see down there?

Artemis:  Yeah, it’s about time! My paws are getting sore.

Luna: Oh, what is this place? It’s so cold and bleak!

Artemis: It’s the perfect place for Beryl to launch her attack from.

 

================  Flashback ===============

Princess Serena walks down the nice flight of stairs.  Her right hand is suddenly grasped by this masked stranger.

Darien: Princess may I have this dance? Could be our last one.

Princess Serena spins around and everyone gazes in admiration as a masked man takes the hand of Princess Serena in a waltz.

Serena: I'm so happy you came back.

Darien: I couldn't leave without having one last dance with you. I’m afraid all of this is going to change, Serena.  This Beryl, she’s more dangerous than I thought. The whole universe is in danger.

Serena: Even the Moon?

Darien: Especially the Moon. Beryl plans to take over the whole universe and before she does that, she must first conquer the Moon.  You must prepare for the worst Serena.  Your mother knows I’m not a spy.  She’s asked me to stay and help defend her kingdom.

Next Scene: Princess Serena and Prince Darien are standing on a balcony. Darien is no longer wearing his white mask.

Serena: Oh Darien, I can't believe this is happening.

Darien: Queen Beryl is relentless and she will destroy absolutely everything that gets in her way to get exactly what she wants.  I'll fight as hard as I can, but you must know that I might not come back. I just hope you know how much you mean to me.

Serena: I do.

Darien: You're in my heart.

Serena: And you will always be in mine.

Serena closes her eyes. Then Darien embrances Serena with his cape and give her one final kiss.  Princess Serena sheds tears during this kiss.

Next scene:  Warriors attack from the sky. 

Luna:  We're under attack!  Under attack!!

Artemis: Get ready for battle! We need everyone we can get to fight!  Hurry to the armaments!

A huge negaverse monster shoots lightening bolts from the sky and destroys parts of the Moon Kingdom.

Sailor Mercury: Mercury Bubbles... Blast!

Sailor Mars: Mars Fire... Ignite!

Sailor Jupiter: Jupiter Thunder... Crash!

Sailor Venus: Venus Crescent V... Smash!

Negaverse Monster:  he he he, stupid humans! I will vanquish you!

Negaverse Monster kills the Sailor Scouts.

Beryl: Ha, ha, haaaaa!  Very soon the entire universe will be under my control. I’ll have Queen Serenity begging for mercy! No one can defeat the power of the Negaforce!  The universe is no longer. 

Queen Beryl uses her staff to blast more negative energy at the Moon Kingdom.  More human soldiers rush to attack the Moon Kingdom.

Beryl:  Only the Negaverse will prevail!

Jedite, Neflite, Malachite, and Zoycite is seen leading the Negaverse army.

Malachite:  ha ha ha ha ha

Princess Serena stands and watch as her palace crumbles to the ground.  Suddenly Queen Beryl appears before her.

Serena: *gasps*

Beryl: Well if it isn't the little Ms. Moon Princess! All dressed up and no place to go, except oblivion!

Beryl attacks Princess Serena with her right hand, but a red rose flings at Queen Beryl’s hand.

Beryl:  *screams in pain*  Who are you?

Darien: I am Prince Darien, sworn to defend Moon Kingdom against evil like you!

Beryl: Prince Darien from Earth? I've heard of you! You have great promise.  Well I can see why she hangs on to you.   But you’re wasting your time with this twit.  Why not come taste the joy of winning Darien?  We’ll rule the Negaverse together.

Darien: Thanks but no thanks Beryl!  Why would I want to join forces with a snake like you.  All twisted and ugly and full of bitterness. 

Beryl: Oh!  No one ever speaks to Queen Beryl like that!

The huge Negaverse monster in the sky raises an energy orb and blasts Prince Darien and Princess Serena and separates them.  Darien is suddenly thrown into the sky and floats away.

Darien:  Ahhhhh….

Serena: Darien, what is happening?

Darien: Run, Serena!  Just run!

Serena: No Darien, I want to be with you!

Serena chases after Darien and is also gets caught in the wind vortex and floats towards Darien.

Darien: You can't!  Serena!  Don’t!

Serena: Aah!

Serena reaches Darien and they clasp hands.  Then the Negaverse monster from the sky blasts a huge energy beam and breaks them apart.

Serena:  Darien!!!

Darien:  Serena!!!

Queen Serenity runs to the scene with Luna and Artemis at her side.  She sees Serena and Darien limp bodies floating in the air.

Serenity: Serena, no! She's taken them both!  Oh!!!

Luna:  No, not the princess!  No!!!

Beryl:  Perfect.  The pretty twit and her prince are gone.  Ha ha!!!  And the snake survives. They’ll never mess with me again!

Serenity: No! Serena! No, it can't be.  Don’t worry darling, I won't let it end this way.  Oh I won't let them take away your future.

Queen Serenity places the Silver Crystal onto the Crescent Moon Wand.

Luna: Queen Serenity, if you use the Imperium Silver Crystal, you won't have any strength left.

Serenity: It's the only way Luna. I must sacrifice my kingdom if we are to regain our peace. Cosmic Moon Power!

Red energy balls is blasted at Queen Beryl.

Beryl:  What is this?

Red energy balls is blasted at the Negaverse monster in the sky and is slowly absorbed into the power of the crystal.

Beryl:  You can't do this to me!

Queen Beryl is now absorbed by the crystal.

Negaverse Monster shouts in pain.  The four generals of Queen Beryl is now also absorbed into the crystal. 

Malachite:  Ahhhh!

Beryl:  You haven't seen the last of me!

================  Present Time  ===============

Luna:  Come on Artemis, you can’t quit now!

Artemis:  Luna, five more minutes and we'll be frozen caticles!

Luna:  But Central said there are strong Negavibes out here. We’ve got to check it out.

Both cats gets up and continue to walk.

Luna:  Artemis, look at that!

Artemis:  Worse than I thought.  Queen Beryl is already set up and ready to attack the Earth. From the look of it, they could attack at any time.  Come on, we’ve got to get back.

Luna:  Yes, we’ve got to tell the Scouts.

Malachite:  So, the kittens are out without their mittens.

Artemis:  Aaaaaah!

================  Flashback  ===============

Luna:  Majesty, you did it!

Artemis:  They're gone, you beat them!

Serenity: I trapped them all, yes.  If I had destroyed them, I would have destroyed Serena and the others too.  Now they're all inside the power of the Crystal and now I must send them to a new future on Earth.  *cries*

Luna:  But you’ve saved them, why are you so sad?

Serenity: Because none of them will remember anything about this time or this place, nothing. And I won't see my sweet daughter again, or you two either. But this is the only way for any of you to live on. I have enough power left to send everything you'll need in the future to Earth.  Serena and her court will need your help if the Negaverse ever breaks free.

Luna and Artemis:  Yes!

Serenity: All of you will be reborn on Earth, with no memory of the Moon Kingdom whatsoever.  But if evil forces try to repeat what's happened here, you two will know what to do.  Now farewell all of you and good luck. Goodbye, Serena. You're in my heart, always.

Serenity releases the Silver Crystal and it floats away into the sky.  With a glow from the crystal, little yellow bubbles with people inside can be seen raising to the sky. Sailor Venus, Mercury, Mars, and Jupiter are seen floating away in these yellow bubbles.  Next Prince Darien and then Princess Serena are seen encased in yellow bubbles floating away too.  A small glimpse of Sailor Neptune can be seen as well.

Serenity:  Be happy.

A stream of glistening bubbles are seen floating toward Earth.

Serenity:  On behalf of the Moon, you will be free again.  *whimpers in pain and Serenity passes out*  Perhaps we'll meet again.

The Crescent Moon wand falls from Serenity’s hands.

Luna and Artemis:  Queen Serenity!

Crescent Moon wand transforms into time capsules and encases Luna and Artemis and they also float away.

All Sailor Scouts:  Ahhhhh… oooh…

They are transported back into present time Earth.
