There really isn't that much for Neopets items out
on the web. Many of their selections are easily sold out. If you
really want to buy Neopets items, you should check your local Target
or Walmart stores in the toys
aisle. Or your local Limited

Zoo, or Aah's. You can also visit Neopets.com
for more info.
However if those places are too far from your home,
you can always try to buy them online :) There is a small selection
