The Golden Child of Isle E is a girl, named Tonga.

I kept my village at 35 in population until ALL tech levels have been upgraded to 3. However, no Golden Child was born until the population went over 50 (which is also known as the 3rd population milestone). Perhaps the 3rd milestone has to be reached first before a GC can be born??
